1 · Commission structure
18% of the order total on each referred customer's first order.
10% of the order total on every subsequent order that customer ever places — lifetime recurring.
If we've agreed a higher personal rate with you (up to 25%), that rate applies to first orders and is never reduced by tier changes.
If performance tiers are active, tier changes apply forward only — commission already booked is never recalculated.
2 · Attribution — how sales get credited to you
A first order is yours when the customer arrives through your tracking link (a 30-day window) or uses your discount code at checkout.
Once a customer's first order is credited to you, that customer is attributed to you for life: every later order they place earns you the reorder rate, code or no code.
One primary link and one discount code per partner; your code also gives your audience 10% off.
3 · Payouts
Monthly, NET-15, once your approved balance passes $50. Paid by Interac e-Transfer or crypto (your choice, set at signup or by email).
Commission sits as pending through a 14-day refund window, then becomes approved and is included in the next payout run.
Refunds and cancellations reverse the commission. If the order was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Your portal shows every entry, its status, and your full payout history in real time.
4 · Your obligations (these protect you too)
Disclose the partnership on every post — #ad or #affiliate — as required by the Competition Bureau and the FTC.
Never make health, dosing, or consumption claims. Products are sold for research use only. Don't describe effects, protocols, doses, or personal-use results in promotional content.
No coupon or deal sites, and no bidding on our brand keywords ("Papaya Peptides" and variants) in search ads.
No self-purchases for commission. Orders you place yourself (or that we reasonably identify as yours) don't earn commission — buy with your own discount code instead and enjoy the 10% off.
You're a Canada-based creator and your audience is primarily 21+.
No spam: don't blast your link through unsolicited email/DMs, and don't misrepresent the products or the program.
5 · Our rights
We may suspend or end a partnership for violations of section 4 — normally a warning first, immediate for serious cases (health claims, fraud).
Fraud forfeits unpaid commission: fake orders, self-purchases for commission, stolen payment methods, or manufactured refund cycles void the related (and, for deliberate fraud, all unpaid) commission.
We may amend these terms with notice — by email and in your portal — and material changes never apply retroactively to commission already earned.
We may decline or close accounts that fall outside the program's eligibility (region, audience age, content fit).
6 · Privacy
What we store about you: name, email, social URL, payout method, your password (as a salted hash — we can't read it), and your program activity (clicks, orders credited to you, commission, payouts).
What you see about customers: nothing personal. Your portal shows order amounts, dates and statuses only. Customer identities are never shared with partners, and we don't sell data to anyone.
Emails we send you are transactional (your kit, statements, payout notices) plus program updates; every marketing-adjacent email honors opt-outs permanently.
